  • Absolutely! You can submit as many requests as needed, as long as they include complete information and adhere to our partner timeline guide. This ensures timely delivery for everyone.

  • We bill our partners monthly. Invoices are sent out on the 1st of each month and are due by the 15th.

    No, we don't believe in long-term contracts. If you need to end your partnership, simply give us a 60-day notice. This notice period helps us manage our costs of service (COS) which include team member salaries, software expenses, facility costs, and maintaining our proven system that allows us to plan ahead and serve our clients efficiently. If you need to leave sooner, just let us know, and we'll do our best to accommodate your needs.
