FOUNDER & CREATIVE DIRECTOR | CALIFORNIA

Pete Campbell, Founder of Creators Dept. (formerly Moore Creatives) and Purpose Department, has a deep dedication to building meaningful partnerships with individuals, businesses, and non-profits. With a background in ministry since 2005, Pete brings a wealth of experience and skills to his role. As a skilled speaker, musician, and compassionate guide, he excels in Digital Content Creation & Coaching, empowering others to effectively express their vision and identity with authenticity.
Originally from Honolulu, HI, Pete holds a deep belief that our feet were designed for sand, reflecting his love for the beach and nature. Growing up in a single parent home, Pete holds immense gratitude for his wife, Sarah, and together they are raising three amazing kids. Beyond his professional pursuits, Pete is a self-proclaimed foodie with a keen appreciation for culinary experiences. He also possesses an inherent need for coffee and harbors a passionate devotion to the Philadelphia Eagles football team.

Alex Mancilla is an entrepreneur, video strategist, and content creator with over 10 years of experience in photography, livestream production, and storytelling. He’s the former owner and founder of Coastal Cast Studios and now leads the San Diego County region for Creators Dept, helping brands and creators craft content that connects.
Born and raised in San Diego, Alex brings the same passion to his work that he brings to cheering for his hometown Padres (yes, the best team in baseball—don’t argue, just roll with it). When he’s not creating strategy or behind a camera, you’ll find him enjoying a sunny day or watching a movie with his beautiful wife, Barbara, and their four wild-but-amazing kids.
